[picture placeholder] Rita M. Church established the Rita R. Church Foundation (originally named Resource Refugee Aftercare Services) in 2008 to continue her mother’s mission to support education and end poverty. This foundation has developed partnerships with the Rita R. Church Community Center to bring opportunities to the community through education and outreach services to improve the quality of life for families and individuals living in Baltimore City.

Ms. Church has worked as a teacher, case manager, corrections officer, community outreach workforce developer, and employment specialist. In these capacities, Ms. Church has collaborated with state, federal and municipal agencies to support individuals though training, jobs, services and mentorships. Ms. Church is the CEO and a founder of TEACH EDUCATE ASSIST MENTOR, Inc. (TEAM) an organization committed to providing full-scale services to children, teens, families, groups and individuals. Ms. Church has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services.

[picture placeholder] Cathleen Hanson co-founded two educational consulting companies, The International School of Protocol, and Road to Success: Career Development Program. She has authored books, curriculum and articles in the areas of social skills, parenting skills, public speaking, and career exploration and preparation. She has developed and implemented programs for outreach organization, colleges, corporations and government agencies and has appeared on television, radio and multi-media programs.

[picture placeholder] With a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development, Eileen O’Donnell Vozzella had more than 15 years experience in human resources, training and development prior to becoming a founding partner of Road to Success: Career Development Program and working as a consultant through EMY & associates. Eileen has served as Compliance Officer and as Fair Practices Officer while holding leadership positions in both for profit and non-profit organizations including long term care, managed healthcare and higher education.
